I need to change a word on the customers order confirmation and email confirmation

I have Dawn 15.2.0. When the customer places an order, a order confirmation screen pops up. A lot of times, the customer pays with store credit. I want to change the word store credit to budget dollars. How do i do this? I also want to change it on the email they receive. Here is a screenshot of both.
