I want my header to be non-static

Hi everyone, I have created my website using Dawn theme. Everything looks fine apart from the header, I want it to be moving along as someone scrolls down the page but in my case it stays at the top.
Any help would be appreciated.

If some general solutions are not working, add this line of code:
.announcement-bar-section { overflow-x: hidden !important; }
