I want my mobile site footer to move when I scroll up and down.

I want my mobile site footer to move when I scroll up and down. At the moment it just stays in place when I scroll up or and it looks awful. 

I also want my mobile site footer to be more centered but I only want it to be more centered on the mobile version of my site. 

The last thing I want to try and change is that the two photos on my mobile shopify site have a thin white line border between them. How can I get rid of this thin white border line?

I've included a photo of how the mobile shopify site looks currently. How can I achieve these three changes in my shopify code?
