I want the header to be transparent BUT not for the mobile menu and hide things

I'd like to make the header invisible, but not have it affect the mobile side menu. I don't want it to be transparent in the mobile side menu, and I also don't want it to hide (it seems to push it down) the login, currency exchange, etc. sections.

How can I do it? Thank you very much.
