I want to add links in my footer but there is not option I am able to find.

I want to modify store footer but I am not able to do it. I have attached the SS of what I want from my store footer please advice. 
Also I am looking for a way to remove add to cart page as a lot of customer goes back from that page.

Any help in this maters will be highly appreciated.

This can be done on your navigations menu but I would like to help you with it if you can give access to your back end store
