I want to change layout of the footer section in Dawn Theme

This is the footer I've designed in the shopify Dawn theme

but I need to change few things and make it like this one

The things i need to do is to move the social media Icons from bottom to the picture below and change their colors and secondly i want to add the icons before contact details and unable to add icon in the box so used the Unicode icons but that doesn't change color.

Could you please help me out and let me know the solution in the comment section

@M_Suleman - space can be adjusted using the css, moving icons or having slider will need code editing
