Where the place you do you want add to?

- The first, you can check on the theme customize settings for that part, maybe the theme have the support set position display select language.

- If the theme not support, you need move that part with customize code.

1. you going to the footer.liquid file => then finding to the language code, copy all the code handle for that part.

2. going to header.liquid, then paste to the place you do want add to.
