I am using dawn as a theme, and I would like to make a page before check out for customer to select the time and date for their orders. As all my product is 2 days preorder.

I understand that you want a pre order. In order to have that you need to hire an Expert Developer to write the code. Also need to match for the theme that you are using. 

Or if not you can also check this pre order button with note.

How about calendar pre-order date? do i also have to find coder to help me?

Can you explain more about the calendar pre-order date? Yes, this still need in the Developer to code cause it not available on the themes. Its costumize code.
