I would like to copy my free theme (with customisations), to my other store (on a separate account)

I have 2 stores on separate accounts, (same brand and products etc...).
I need to copy the free theme (Craft), with all the customisations I have already done on one store to the second store. 

Basically, duplicate all the fonts, colours, logo, footer, etc... so I don't have to all of it again,

Is this possible?

@Zahra_FB , you can do that using shopify cli, or just download the theme from your first store and upload it to the second one.

There is some custom coding on the first store on 1 of the pages. So the theme has not been updated. I am guessing this is why I couldn't just save the theme and transfer it.
