Icon Theme - Cart quantity not updating

I've recently updated to icon them and when I add a product or change the quantity, the cart does not update until the site is refreshed. 

Is there a way to fix this so the cart updates automatically?

How you would be able to get support for a given theme would depend on where that theme came from specifically.

In this case, as you're using the Icon theme from our theme store, this theme is created and supported by its developers We are Underground.

I had a look through their support documentation for you on their site and found this info on the theme settings for Icon, which has some info in the 'cart' section that might be helpful here.
