Identifying Page Template Problem

Hi there...

I have recently noticed that a number of automatically generated pages on my site (for example https://hellwoodoutfitters.com/collections/all) are calling on the wrong template and so displaying wrong. As this isn't a user generated page I can't find where to change the template that the page uses. 

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

@Hellwood_Outfit - as name suggests, it shows collections.. it is template collection

Doesn't really answer my question. I have several different templates for collections which can be selected on the relevant collection page in the admin. All of my created collections use the same customised template and I want this page to use the same, but as it is auto generated it doesn't appear in my collections list and can't be edited using the theme customiser. I need to know where I can change the template that is called by this page.
