If/Then code Fix

Is anyone able to fix an if/then code? I have 1 product that has 3 material choices (DTF, Sublimation and UVDTF). Each of these have specific size options. The code isn’t showing on my live shop how it should be. The code groups the material with the sizes associated to it but when I check my live shop and I click on each tab it doesn't go to the corresponding sizes. It goes to the sizes for DTF only (which is ok if they are ordering DTF). If they click on Sublimation it doesn't go to the Sublimation Variables. Same with the UV DTF.  Can this be fixed?
