Image Banner has been covered by background and has also made my footer two colours rather than one?

I have no idea how I've done this, but on my first opening Image Banner I have accidentally made it my solid background colour, and now I can't see my product image. This also seems to have affected my footer, as now it is a background colour for the footer, and then another background colour around the text.
How can I revert it back to how it was? Or fix it so I can see my image within the mage banner, and have the footer as the original background colour?
