Image Banner not showing on website or mobile

Hey! So I'm new to Shopify and would really appreciate any help! My image banner is not loading on the website or mobile site. It's there when I'm in customization but when I click online view, it does not show. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi,

Please share your store url and if it is password protected, please share the front screen pass by going to Online store --> Preferences (scroll to the bottom and share it) to so that we can take a look at your frontend.

Alternatively, you can remove the frontscreen pass for us to take a look.
