Image cut off on mobile with Alchemy theme view. Help Please!

I'm currently using Alchemy Theme for me website and I noticed that the banner photo looks fine on the web but on mobile, its gets cut off on both ends. Please refer to the photos below for your reference:

FYA: I do not need the images on left and right; would be happy if it just centered the text (showing sale).

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Just clarification, this header text or the text in this image is attach on the image? If you didnt used the default header/text you will have problem like this. If we change and fit the image into the screen the text/header wont be readable. Would you mind to share your store URL? Thanks!
