Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hi, I want to change the size of images in one collection only. I can't find how to do this for only one collection, only all. i want them to be the same as the "image with text" addition to the home page. can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!
This is done with alternative templates
https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/os20/theme-structure/templates
https://shopify.dev/themes/architecture/templates#alternate-templates
You can make them through the visual theme editor by using the top-middle dropdown menu.
Then if your doing this with only CSS styles and your theme is an online-store2.0 theme use a custom-html or custom-liquid section to insert specific CSS in a style tag.
Otherwise you need to find this newly created template in the theme code editor and modify what size images are rendered.
Merchants that want this customization can contact me at paull.newton+shopifyforums@gmail.com with topic url, store url, theme name and relevant details.
