Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hello
I am using the craft theme and I made my images 300 x 300 for all products. When I go to the online store and view the product the image is much bigger and very pixelated. How do keep the image the actual size so it does not get pixilated?
Use same size of all images,
Equal 300x300 or what ever pixel you want.
Hello @Caucus1866
Can you share your website URL so that I can check and provide you with the solution?
I found the problem. I made the images smaller when trying not to overload the site with photos. Which, of course, looked good on creating 240 x 240 px products. However, on the craft theme, a small image does not work. When you go to the product Shopify increases the image to twice that size. For the site the image has to be a minimum of 600 x 600 px. of course this site has a zoom on the product page and at times if you click the image to zoom it still might get pixilated. So far 600 x 600 is working in this theme if I do not worry about the user clicking on the product image and zooming the image in more. It is not an option to remove the zoom feature.
