Image to link issue

Hi, I’m having an issue with my collections images. I have 4 images that I’d like to setup when you click they lead you into their collections page. For example I have one called bye-bye stress and I’d like that when clicked it redirects to https://saudelifestyle.shop/collections/bye-bye-stress and same applies to the other photos with their desired unique collections.

I understand I can add a button or a link but I’d like to preserve the neatness of the 4 images
