Image with text changed dont change after saving

Who could help me with this problem i have a text with image. When im adjust the text with image and saved it's not changing the text and stays the orginal text? 

How can i change the text and adjust it ? my site is www.fashionbymoon.nl

Helloo the text by image someone made the site but dunno sure its inserted by code i dont think so. When saved it wont change the text the pictures ect is changing. Also i got a mp4 movie with hero movie im added but dont show also ? Do you got problem solve ?

I have checked on your store and I notice that there might be some errors on theme code. Normally, when I search for "themeName," it returns only one result. However, this one returns two lines of code, which means there has been a code modification.  For this case, we recommend to contact theme developer to check further on this matter.
