Image with text Heading size not changing

Hey guys, I’m having a problem with making the size of the heading bigger on the Image With Text. When I’m on my PC it’s fine, the size is perfect but when I switch to what it looks like on the phone the heading goes smaller then the text. As you can see here, I want the blue text bigger
