Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hello everyone,
I am using Brooklyn theme and I was wondering, with the regards to the 'Image with Text' selection, can we:
1) put the text under the image;
2) make it so the image is full width; and
3) make so that it centred not left or right?
What I am trying to do is this, I have a trust banner I want under my slideshow. I tried adding it as a slideshow and it looks good on a desktop but is unreadable on mobile devices. I am trying to make a banner that will reseize between Desktop and mobile but can't seem to see how to do it. I know there are apps but I am trying to avoid apps as they can slow the site down.

Hi @yoxandez
with shopify the basic free theme come with very little in terms of modification.
you can trial a paid theme as this is where you get more sections with text under images.
once you are happy with the theme.
you can buy it for a one off fee. Through shopify.
if your not ready to buy you can do it via code (HTML input) but regarding mobile sites it’s hard to get it all to line up correctly above one another. And look smart.
this you’ll probably have to pay for also. So for me it was easier to pay £140 for a theme and you have a lot more freedom
sorry I couldn’t be of any more help.
Hope that makes sense
best wishes
Me too. Did you find a solution????
