Impact theme - display different image for mobile

Hi i'm using the impact theme, and I want to show a different size image for mobile versus desktop.

In the theme editor I see there's an option to upload a separate image for mobile and desktop. However, when I upload image for mobile only, the mobile image doesn't show. When I upload a image for desktop, it displays the desktop image for both deskstop and mobile view. 

How do I show a image for mobile only view and a image for desktop only view?
