Impossible to edit anything. Missing side bar???

I'm trying to edit, what should be something very simple, on my header "my store". However every video I watch everyone seems to have this panel on the right side that I do not have. I've seen many post about how to get it back and that shopify may have removed this feature. I need help. So far Shopify has what might be the worst UX/UI for building a website I have ever

The Customize will display the sidebar depending on the screen size, so if you are using a laptop, the right sidebar will be displayed directly on the left.
