Improve page loading speed (Symmetry theme)

Hi there,

I'm using Symmetry and the theme seems to be fairly slow by default. Currently, Shopify shows me 1.92 seconds loading speed. I want to get this down to anywhere between 1 - 1.5 seconds.

Any tips or anybody that can help with this?
