Impulse theme featured collection

How do I change the featured collection product list on the home page to grid with different rows?  Right now, regardless of how many rows I specify, the theme puts them all on a single sliding row.  Theme is Impulse.

What version of Impulse is that? 
Is that on mobile or desktop?

Hello! Thanks for the answer: I really don't know the theme version because it's a custom one, the problem only appears on mobile version of the site.
