Impulse Theme: Show shopping cart quantity and hide certain parts.

I know this problem may be a bit tricky, but I really need some help

1. About "Text columns with images" and "FAQ" section.

They are connected through metafiled and display content. I hope to hide this section when there is no image or text in metafiled.

2. How to make the "Cart dot" in "Header" display the quantity? I hope the color of the number is white.

Both possible but in both you need to customize the code

1) Write a script which will check is there content available in these section or not f not hide them else leave them as it is.

2) Check the ajax call which work after click of atc button and  display color over the cart icon. Here you will find the object break it and get the number as you need.
