in Dawn theme i get black window in the main screen of theme that prevent me to work with the theme

in Dawn theme i get black window in the main screen that prevent me to work with the theme , i added some simple codes and after i removed them , it didnt solve the probem , the suppurt said i have problem in the code , but i dont find the problem , the black window pop up , sometimes i can close it and continue to work but i see also that i cannot see the variants ( the support said it  also connected to the problem in the  code )

I think I understand your situation-- you only see a black overlay when editing the theme. 

Could you try further reviewing the possibility of custom code creating this issue? 

1. Theme Backup First, backup your current theme. Easily done by duplicating the theme

2. Default Theme Check: Make a preview with the default version of the Dawn theme. If the black window no longer appears, we can go back to check your code changes. 

3. Disable Browser Extensions: Sometimes browser extensions can break how your theme renders. Try disabling any new extensions and refreshing the theme.

4. Update Theme: Are you on latest version of the Dawn theme? Sometimes newer versions come with bugfixes, and upgrading could work. 

5. Contact Support: If none of these paths work, try contacting Shopify  Design Support. Basic plans or higher get 60 minutes of free help on Shopify designs (like Dawn!)

i forgot to tell that when i uninstall of loox app , the problem was solved , and after i installed again , the poblem came back
