Include Collection view as featured products

Dear Shopify community,

I am trying to include Collections in my "Featured Products section". I do not mean to show the products in a collection, more to be able to showcase Sub collections, even though there is no such classification. In practice, my current featured product section display "best seller" and "latest", showcasing the best selling products etc. I would like to include instead of "Latest", "Skin Type" and instead of showcasing products, I want to showcase subcollections, which would still be classified as collections by shopify, which would be for example Normal skin, Oily skin, Dry skin etc, linking to the collection page. Is this possible? Below a picture of what I mean for reference.
