Increase spacing between elements Dawn theme

Hello,

I noticed my elements are very close to each other. Is there a way to space them out a little? unless I use image padding, its super close to each other and I would prefer not to use image padding.

the headings are also close to the element above it which I would like to space a little,

the images are in padding mode right now.

I figured out the spacing for the rich text boxes, but I am still struggling with the grid elements. The images are very close together for product images. I see I can adjust the top or bottom but not in between. Where can I adjust in between product images in the grid collections? Or does it need a new code?
