I have the Dawn theme installed. I want to increase the width of the logo on the cart and checkout page. Please guide.

You can add logo for checkout page from Sale channels > Online store > Themes > Customize > Theme Settings > Checkout

It does not have option to increase width of cart page only. But you can change size it in Online Store > Customize > Themes > Customize > Sections > Header, please note that this change will be applied for other pages on your store
