Insert shapes

Hi, my current Shopify website looks like the first picture attached and I want it to look like the second picture attached. What I want to achieve is to add a rectangle or some similar shape to highlight my text. As you can see, there is a white rectangle that highlights the text "10 de septiembre - 8:30 hs - auditorio malba" but I don't see a way to make something similar in Shopify, please help! Thanks

Subsequently, apply a background style and adjust the top and bottom padding values using CSS.
