Hello,

Is it possible to backdate current orders or to create orders with a date in the past? Thank you so much!

Problem Statement 1: I switched over to Shopify in April and would like to add in orders from Jan - March.

Problem Statement 2: An employee did not add a payment into the POS and I would like to accurately reflect the date the payment was received.

i have been searching for the same thing. I spoke with a rep today and apparently, it is not possible. It's very frustrating because adding a date to an order seems like it should be a basic feature.
