Is it possible to change the line hover effect on a main menu to an image?

I am trying to change the line that appears under, Home, Shop, and Contact, when you hover to a gemstone.

Is this possible?

Yes, it's possible, but need to know your theme at least, or, better have a link to your storefront.

Ideally -- have an image for you gemstone (screenshot /sketch)...
