Is it possible to change the product page layout for mobile size?

In our current product page setup we would like to adjust the page for mobile size, which means we would like to change some elements. Does Shopify allow you to rearrange for example the product name on top of the product image, instead of below?

Yes of course that is technically possible. There are only a few limitations as to what you can do on the settings vs. if you where actually coding. Have you made a layout for the mobile version?

Thanks for replying. We haven't made a layout yet, but we have an idea how we would like to display the mobile version of our product page. I think we may have already found a solution internally. I'll let you know if it worked out!
