Is there a way I can get custom sizing for a specific product?

I wanted to see if there was a way I can have custom sizing for one of my products. I want the user to be able to input the size they want in text fields and also have the pricing update based on what they put. Is there a way to do this? I have also attached an image to explain what Im asking better. Thanks!
