Issue connecting Product to specific Product Page Template

Hoping someone can help!

I set up my store with 4 products, and all under a default product page template.

Now I want to separate them into 4 product pages and link the relevant product to each one.

I successfully did it with one product/page combo (product-wye) :

but the second product page (product-mbt) isn't showing up on the relevant product to be linked to:

Only default and the already linked page are showing.

Is there something I'm missing? Help warmly received! : )

There is only one chance related to this issue is, Might be you create the template in a private theme.

Just publish the theme in which you made the template and review the product template again in the product page.

The template you create on the unpublished theme,

Create that on the live theme and then check the product edit page.
