Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
I'm facing a rather peculiar problem with my mobile site version, and I'm hopeful someone here can provide some insight or solutions.
Problem:
When browsing the cart page on the mobile version of my site, I am encountering difficulty in removing multiple items. Here's the sequence of events:
I've tested this on multiple mobile devices and browsers to ensure it's not device-specific.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Or do you have any insights on potential causes or fixes? It's vital for my customers to have a seamless shopping experience, and this hiccup is proving to be a barrier.
I'd deeply appreciate any guidance, suggestions, or troubleshooting steps to address this.

Hi @jhghidossi
Are you using any app for your cart page or cart drawer if yes then that app is causing this issue as that app is not updating the content and not loading the page correctly, due to which the page seemed to be freeze.
You need to look into the app code so that the issue can be solved.
If you need any assistance then please feel free to ask the same.
Hopefully it will help you. If yes then Please hit Like and Mark it as solution!

I have an app, Sticky Add To Cart BOOSTER PRO, when clicked the customer is directed to the main cart page. Also when a customer adds a product to the cart the sticky cart has a number that updates.
Hi @jhghidossi Yes, so as you are using 3rd party app for your cart so that is causing the issue.
The real issue that you are facing here is once you remove the product from the cart, it didn't reload the page correctly.
If you have noticed that once you remove the 1st product from your cart page and then again go into any page i.e. on home page or product page or collection page and then again click on cart page then you will be able to again remove 1 more product from your cart.
So this means that when you are on the cart page and removing the product from cart then the page is not loading correctly from the app. So you need to look into your app and app code to solve this issue.
If you need any assistance then please feel free to ask the same.
Hopefully it will help you. If yes then Please hit Like and Mark it as solution!

I removed the app however I am still having the same issue. Can you help me see if there is another problem causing this?
Hi @jhghidossi
I think that app has left some type of code in the theme. Due to which you are still facing the issue.
Note: The above mentioned case is only applicable if no other app in your store didn't effect the cart page code.
Without having the theme access I can't check the code. But you can follow the mentioned steps to solve the issue.
