Issue With Event Page Displaying Correctly

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue where an event I created is showing under the product page instead of the designated Events page. I've tried several times to redirect URLs and link collections to the Events page without success. I suspect there might be a coding error that I inadvertently caused. Here are the steps I've taken and what I intended to achieve:

Created an event with tickets using the Evey Event and Tickets app. Attempted to link this event to the Events page instead of the Product page. Made several attempts to adjust URLs and settings within Shopify admin. I've attached a screenshot to show how the event is currently displayed. Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

@sipandsourdough for third party issues contact that third parties support.

This is not something external people can fix for free through a forum post without possibly needing direct access to the moving parts you've put in place.

Even if you provided a screenshot as a supplementary aid without any critical technical detail , or actual inspectable urls the scope is too broad and problem details to vague.

This is not an acceptable answer. A Shopify Rep directed me with the issue to send into this forum with the understanding that an expert WOULD assist with a solution. This is a shopify coding issue, not a third party issue. If you won't help me, direct me to someone who will
