Issue with Shopify Checkout Page Loading Slowly

Hey everyone, I'm running a Shopify store, and lately, I've noticed that the checkout page is loading very slowly. It takes several seconds to process, which might be causing drop-offs. I've already tried reducing app usage and optimizing images, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else faced this problem? Are there any specific settings or third-party solutions that could help speed up the checkout process? Any advice would be appreciated!

Here are a few things I think you can check and optimize:

1. Reduce checkout customizations – If you're using Shopify Plus with checkout.liquid customizations, excessive scripts or third-party fields can slow things down. Try simplifying them.
2. Minimize third-party apps & scripts - Even after reducing apps, some may still inject scripts into checkout. Use Shopify's Theme Inspector to find slow-loading elements.
3. Enable Shopify's native checkout features – Shopify’s default checkout is highly optimized. If possible, avoid external payment gateways that redirect users (like PayPal Express) and stick with Shopify Payments for a smoother experience.
