Issues with Effects

Hey guys, does anyone know why some effects aren’t working on MacBook or mobile devices?

For example:

• The hover effect in the header. When you hover over "PRODUCTS," there’s supposed to be a smooth dropdown animation, but it doesn’t work on some MacBooks.
  
  
• On mobile, the smooth animation for the collapsible content doesn’t work either. I’ve added a smooth slide-down effect for the answers in the FAQ section, but on mobile, the animation doesn’t show.  (It also doesn’t work on some MacBooks.)

Would anyone know what could be causing this? I can provide the code for the animations if needed.

Currently, the cursor hover effect only works on Desktop devices, as Mobile devices do not have a cursor feature.
