Issues with Mobile Drop-down Menu

In our Kagami theme, the drop-down menu on our mobile website doesn't seem to work anymore. 

Our desktop menu works fine. But as you can see in the attached images, the mobile menu drop-down menu doesn't populate.

Anyone who knows how to fix this issue?
