issues with product grid

i have a problem with my product grid, now it looks like this

But i like it to be like this:

Is that possible? or do i need to pick another theme.

Yeah the layout is possible with a good amount of css, not exactly maybe as you don't have all the elements as in the example but yeah the layout can be copied with code editing.

I would like to add some description to the products on the grid, like ecolabel, content or size, but it varies what kind of product as we have dishwashers, refrigerators but also tv`s...
