Item blocked on my product page

Hello to the Shopify community!

I'm writing to you because I'm facing a problem that I can't seem to solve, and it really amazes me!

I'm using the “qikify Upsell & Gift” plug-in and I have 2 items that should be displayed on the “100ML” variant

By inspecting the code I can't find the element that's blocked (or hidden), but I can't figure out why and solve it.

Currently on the 100ML variant there's a box pre-ticked for a Totebag product.
The other item is 2 checkboxes for 2 Samples to choose from.

Has anyone encountered this problem?
