Jump Links on homepage?

I have a custom graphic on my homepage and I want it to have a jumplink to the bottom of my homepage - where there is a newsletter sign up form. I have tried giving the sign up an ID, and linking the graphic to it, but my site didn't like that and refused to save.

Hi @back2natureheal 👋 Because the actual id is generated : #NewsletterForm--sections--21472773112140__footer 

Alternatively use #ContactFooter

Otherwise the themes footer form needs to be customized to add a relevant ID to on of the containers that don't already have an ID or a hook div in order to target it with a url hash fragment.
