Keep color variant as swatch, but change size variant to dropdown

Hello, i would like to edit my variant pickers. Currently, they are all swatches (Colour and size picker), however, i was wondering if i could keep the color picker as a swatch, but edit the size picker so that it's a dropdown instead. Is this possible with dawn theme? This is my website:

and is it possible to make it into something like this:

please let me know if this is possible for dawn theme, and if so, what do i need to do.

Yes it's possible.
You need to add an additional select dropdown with size as options. Parallel to this you need to just hide the default size swatches with css.

Once you do this then you have to write javascript to trigger the default size swatches which we hide with css on change of select option.

If you're open to using an app, I'd recommend Easify Product Options. It allows you to customize each option type individually — so you can keep Color as swatches and display Size as a dropdown. It's easy to set up and doesn’t require any coding at all. Here's how it works:
