Keep the currency

Hello, 

I am trying to change the currency of my store but since i already got my first sale, it's locked. I want to go from USD to CAD. I saw that this question has already got an answer but I don't know how to contact the replier so I am posting again.

Welcome to the Shopify Community! Happy to help. Since your store has already made one sale, the currency setting is locked as changing the currency can affect some aspects of your store. In order to change your currency you'll need to reach out to our Support team directly, and they'll be able to assist you in getting it changed. 

To reach out to our Support team, follow the link to our Contact page, login to your store, search for the issue you need help with, for example "change currency" then look for the option to Continue to get support. From there, you'll be able to speak with our team via live chat, email or callback request.
