Large space at bottom of descriptions

Hello,

I have a large space of blank background between the bottom of my listing descriptions and the bottom of the page, is there a way to fix this?, maybe by altering the code? Even when I use the bulk editor Vela and remove the blank space and try and change the description I still get this open space at the bottom.
