Left side navgiation bar/Multicolumn custom size

Hi, I want to mimic this look on my website where the navigation bar is on the left side.

I've found this isn't possible and it's only accessible on the header, so I've decided to make a makeshift one where I turn a column from the multicolumn section into a "bar". I'd like to change the size to be smaller than the rest of the columns and also add a picture into the middle (which is currently too small), but it's not working. Is there a CSS code to change the column widths, or even perhaps a code to make the navigation bar move to the left?

Your issue can only be fixed in the theme's Liquid file and cannot be customized with CSS. You should contact the theme developer or third-party apps for the best support.
