Lessen the padding between collection name/heading & products

I want to make the bottom padding as 20px. The collection is named as recommended for you but its 20px & 40px at bottom i want to make 20px at bottom too. 

 

Can anyone provide me with a code for this in theme.liquid?

Does the customizer provide padding sliders for the section?
