Liquid error: Internal

I’m having trouble with my website , there is a message : liquid error internal displays in my website header. Customers can’t buy my products. I need help fix it

I'm having the same issue! I think its something overall with Shopify, hope they fix it soon!

Same here. Contacted Shopify support and they blamed my theme.

Glad to see I am not the only one experiencing this. Error seems intermittent.

Mine just started working again. What theme do you use? I'm using Narrative

I'm using Native Theme and experiencing the same issue on Store Homepage, which is clearly a "Liquid Error: Internal."

Based on some quick research it's a coding issue, or an App issue causing coding issues. However to try and debug theme.liquid will not be easy.

Looks like there was a similar problem in April 2021, whereby Shopify eventually fixed it and most peoples stores returned to normal:

Looks like this situation might be as previously experienced and a Shopify issue, not a theme or coding issue.

Looks like our store is back and functioning again without the "Liquid Error: Internal", seems Shopify has resolved the issue.

My store just ran into this issue too. "Liquid error: Internal" when I call customer.name
